Dynalab Successfully Launches New Line Of Wire Harness Testers
Dynalab recently started shipping a new line of wire harness test equipment: the NX System. The NX System makes testing of wire harnesses simple, fast, and accurate.
/Electrical News Articles/ -- Dynalab Test Systems, a leading manufacturer of test equipment for wire harnesses and cable assemblies, has successfully launched the NX System - the next step in wire harness testing.
The NX System consists of the NX Testers and the NX Editor software program. The NX Editor provides a means of programming the NX Testers using a simple flowchart.
NX Testers are available in 3 models. The NX Solo is a low cost tester with up to 256 test points. The NX Pro accommodates up to 512 test points and provides a bright vacuum florescent display. The NX Pro+ is an expandable version of the NX Pro tester, and offers a maximum capacity of 32,768 test points.
Each NX Tester is fast and accurate: a 2048 point wire harness can be tested in less than 8 seconds. Resistance measurement accuracy is +/- 1%.
The NX System supports serial communications to a variety of external devices such as label printers, bar code scanners, remote displays, and control devices. This enables the NX System to easily adapt to a variety of test environments. Networking capabilities are an upcoming feature.
