Sherrie Johnson has rendered over 38 years of customer service with a smile
MINNEAPOLIS, MN, June 10, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sherrie Johnson, Director of Customer Service for Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of customer service management.
With 38 years of professional experience, Ms. Johnson is recognized as an expert in customer service and order management. In 2005, she became the director of customer service for Ingersoll-Rand, a manufacturer of climate control systems and advanced thermal technologies. Her primary responsibility is overseeing order management for equipment and aftermarket services. Ms. Johnson is proud to have taken over the customer service parts group at a time when it rated 2 out of 5 in the company's survey and turned it into one of the highest-ranking divisions within the short span of one year. She achieved the same results for an original equipment group that was assigned to her. She joined Ingersoll-Rand shortly after graduating from college and attributes her rise through the ranks to her dedication to her industry.
Ms. Johnson received her Master's Degree in General Management from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology. She gives generously to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Ms. Johnson aspires to rise to the position of vice president within the next five years.
