Exceptional Director Energizes The Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who
Tracy L. Gerlitz has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional effort in the Oil and Gas and related industries.

CALGARY, AB, CANADA, October 8, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Tracy L. Gerlitz has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional effort in the Oil and Gas and related industries. Currently Tracy is employed as the Director of Settlement and Risk Management with Alberta Electric System Operator. Tracy has had an incredible 31 years in business which has included Telecom, Transportation, and the Oil and Gas and related industries. Tracy has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Through her personal determination, Tracy has discovered a great deal of success. She takes great pride in all that she does and enjoys learning in the business world as well as personally. Early on in her professional career, Tracy was quite fortunate to have a boss who was also an outstanding mentor which allowed her to attempt any task he wanted to try. This individual encouraged her to go to school and assisted her with paying for it. He gave Tracy a computer in the early 80's when no one else had one. It is by taking these opportunities and those that followed throughout her career that she has become successful and proud of her accomplishments.

Tracy has an incredible love for animals and she would like to work with them upon her retirement from the corporate world. She has taken various online courses in veterinary assisting and has extensive knowledge of Pet First Aid. She is extremely proud of the high quality of life she was able to afford her recently deceased cat, TC. TC spent 11 ½ of her 13 ½ years with Tracy. After 3 1/2 years as an insulin dependent diabetic and 2 years with Chronic Renal Failure TC's kidneys finally gave out. Tracy is proud that in the end TC did not suffer and that she was able to care for her and provide her the quality of life she certainly deserved.

Tracy is a Certified Management Accountant as well as a member and past President of the Treasury Management Association of Calgary and the past Director and member of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Treasury Management Association of Canada. Tracy is a strong CMA, leader and mentor. Tracy's expertise is in the areas of finance, treasury, enterprise risk management, accounting and managerial reporting.
