Constantin Kotzev Distinguished for Excellence in Electrical Engineering
Constantin Kotzev lead engineering projects for the United States Naval Academy, the Washington National Airport and Air Force One
ARLINGTON, VA, June 24, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Constantin Kotzev, Senior Electrical Engineer and Chief of Technical Services for PBDewberry, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in electrical engineering.
With unparalleled expertise in electrical engineering, Constantin Kotzev lends more than three decades of industry experience to PBDewberry, the primary contractor for Job Corps. Best noted for his working knowledge of power distribution, security systems and building design, Mr. Kotzev serves as the company's Chief of Technical Service. He is primarily responsible for managing electrical engineering services for the Eastern Corridor region, handling project management, reviewing technical support for the labor department's Job Corps' contract and managing the division of technical services for the government, military and school systems.
Prior to earning his current title, Mr. Kotzev served as PBDewberry's Chief Electrical Director of Engineering and Director of Operations. He has worked on high profile projects such as the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, the Washington National Airport and Air Force One during Ronald Reagan's presidency. Mr. Kotzev's efforts have been recognized with numerous awards and honors including the Excellence in Design Award for his work on Air Force One by the Navy Intelligence Command Center.
Mr. Kotzev holds a master of science in art history from the University of Warsaw, earned in 1973. He earned both his master's and bachelor's degrees from the Electromechanical Institute in 1968. In addition to his induction into the Cambridge Who's Who Registry, Mr. Kotzev has been included in the National Register's Who's Who, Strathmore's Who's Who, the International Who's Who Historical Society, and Lexington Who's Who. His additional affiliations include the Historical Society of Washington, D.C., the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Illuminating Engineering Society, the American Biographical Institute and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
