He also served as the director of product development and supply chain management for Honeywell International, Inc.

Mr. Busch holds an MBA from Franklin University, earned in 2005, and sits on the board of trustees of the Brookhollow Homeowners Association. His additional affiliations include the Product Development Council of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association and the Institute for Supply Management. Mr. Busch stays current with the trends in his profession by attending seminars and membership programs, conducting research and reading industry-related publications.
