Carol Wright is pursuing an MBA at Sullivan University


MCKEE, KY, June 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Carol Wright, Vice President of Engineering and Operations for the Jackson Energy Cooperative, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in electrical engineering.

With 20 years of professional experience in the power industry with emphasis on power distribution, system planning, and operations management, Ms. Wright has been the vice president of engineering and operations for five years. At the Jackson Energy Cooperative, Inc, she manages 80 employees and five departments, and supervises and oversees the engineering and operations of the cooperative. She attributes her success to her passion for her profession.

Pursuing an MBA at Sullivan University, Ms. Wright earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. She is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. She volunteers her free time to her local charities.
