Joseph R. Wojtysiak Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Joseph R. Wojtysiak received the Meritorious Service Medal two times
ETTERS, PA, September 7, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joseph R. Wojtysiak, Senior Director of HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in higher education.
With 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Wojtysiak attributes his success to his strong faith in God. As the senior director, he is in charge of managing the ground and facility, and managing a fleet of vehicles and golf carts for on-campus use. Additional responsibilities include supervising 65 employees, and overseeing renovations, new construction and acquisition of natural gas, electricity and water.
Prior to joining HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, Mr. Wojtysiak worked as a plant maintenance superintendent for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. He also served as a Major in the Air National Guard, where he was a two-time recipient of the United States Air Force Meritorious Service Medal.
Mr. Wojtysiak is a certified educational facilities professional and a certified facility manager. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Baltimore and a Master of Science Degree from the George Washington University. He is a member of the International Facility Management Association, the Construction Owners Association of America, and APPA: Leadership in Educational Facilities.
